The Ginger Snap:

  • 1.5oz Telluride Whiskey (the mule's new best friend)
  • Splash of Bitters (for depth or something)
  • Ginger Beer (the spicier the better)

The Kentucky-Moscow Connection: Mix whiskey and bitters like you're creating a peace treaty between bourbon country and bitter town. Top with ginger beer—and we mean GINGER BEER, not ginger ale, this isn't amateur hour. The ginger should make you question your choices for exactly one second before you realize this was the best decision you've made all day. Garnish with lime because apparently mules need citrus to function properly. It's what happens when a Moscow Mule went to Kentucky, lost its copper mug, and found itself.
